Apollo Bay

An attractive coastal township set on a tranquil harbour, offers striking scenery of mountainous hinterlands, huge rainforest ferns and excellent sea and river fishing.

The town is the centre of a rich dairying and fishing and the base for a huge fish freezing plant.

The rugged and beautiful coastline is notoriously known for many historical shipwrecks.
